Do you include a gift receipt?
We don't include any pricing or order information inside of our packages so that they can be sent directly as a gift with no worries.
Can you make something custom for me?
I’m afraid we are not taking on any custom orders currently.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards and debit card payments via Shopify which uses Stripe. To see their full Terms & Conditions Click Here
We also accept credit & debit card payments via PayPal. You can also choose to use your PayPal account to make a payment.
You can chose to pay using your Apple Pay.
You can also chose to pay using Klarna.
Please note that we do NOT store credit/debit card numbers, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving them. Please see our shipping methods below.

What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received it.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving them.
You will receive another email once your order has been collected from our studio which will include a tracking reference.
We send everything via Royal Mail.

UK Postage
Free UK shipping on orders over £65 (otherwise £3.95)
2 - 4 day delivery (Excluding weekends & Bank Holidays)
We send all UK orders using Royal Mail.
** There may be slight delays over Bank Holidays and during Sale periods **
Do you ship overseas?
I'm afraid we are unable to offer shipping to Northern Ireland and Europe at the moment.
Rest of the world: £20.95

Do you offer local pick-up?
I'm afraid we are unable to offer local collection or accept drop-offs.
Customs & Duties
Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties. Please note that you are responsible for paying duties, customs, or taxes charged by your government once your package arrives at its destination country.
Returns & Exchanges
Extended Christmas Returns / Exchanges
** All orders placed from 14th November - 24th December 2024 will have until the 14th January 2025 to contact us for an exchange or return. **
To do so, please email us using the form on our contact page.
Once confirmed, please return the item(s) within 14 days.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service.Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are your full responsibility.
We must receive orders in the same condition as it was received by you. We can't make a refund for goods which have been laundered, stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whilst being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt.
Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.
Can I arrange an exchange or return?
We hope you are as in love with your items as we are, but if you’re not completely happy, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. To do so, please email us using the form on our contact page.

What is your returns address?

Please do not send back your items before receiving a confirmation email from us that we have received your return request.
International exchanges & returns

To receive an exchange to a non-UK address there is a re-shipping fee. It will be £12.95 for us to post out an exchange to Europe and £20.95 Internationally.

What is the return policy for free gifts?
Please note:
If a product was purchased and delivered with a promotional free gift, it must also be returned with that free gift to receive the full refund on the original order. If we receive a return without the gift or promotional item, a refund will be made minus the current website price of the gift or item.
